| Cityscape or Landscape? | | Hi. My question'd be, what do you prefer, cityscape or landscape?For me, I prefer landscape more than cityscape. I like cityscapes but I enjoy landscapes more. It all started when I had my internship on the Environmental Conservation and Protection Center. I experienced a lot of field works on the seashore for our mangrove assessment. During free times, we snorkel and you can really see the wonders of nature.--Yeah, I love snorkeling. You can see Nemo (of Finding Nemo) literally.--Mikko

| | Best sight ever | | What's the best sight (scenery, landscapes, skyscapes, city-scapes etc.) you've ever seen?Mine was back in the early 1970s when I went to Spain for a holiday. On the side of the plane I was sitting and as we moved from the land to over the Mediterranean, all I could see was water underneath the rising heat-haze.The pilot announced that very shortly we would be landing at Barcelona Airport, and to fasten our safety belts etc.Suddenly the plane swung right round, and I was treated to the most breathtaking view I have ever seen. The whole of the beautiful city of Barcelona with its wide palm-tree lined avenues and edged to the north-side by almost orange-coloured mountains, was spread out in front of my vision, the white buildings sparkling in the hot, bright sunshine. A truly majestic vision which has stayed with me all my life. | |

| I Wanna Share my Photography Work with You All! | | Hi mylot friends, except getting busy going to work and stuff. I also decided to pick up my camera and do some "clicking"[em]lol[/em]. I have uploaded most of my work here:http://www.picable.com/photographers/WonderIceQueen.13723Well, I don't think all of them are interesting but I like mostly architecture and transportation (ah, I know I am totally weird!). My latest theme is "transportation bombarded by advertisement" and you can see those advertisements on the bodies of the "trams" (a very old and traditional classic transportation here in Hong Kong). Still working on this particular project and will definitely upload some more once I have taken some good pictures!Just want to share actually. | | What Are You Afraid Of??? | | My friend is afraid of heights. We didn't know that until our classmates visited the tallest national monument in my country (132 meters height). We used an elevator to the observation platform, which commands a bird's-eye view of the Jakarta cityscape. When we get there, suddenly her face begun to look so purple and she started to panic. We took her back to the ground floor immediately where she started to calm down and relax.What about you, what are you afraid of??? Do you become panic when you see or touch something that you afraid of?? | |

| Aqua Teen Hunger Force, where in New Jersey are they located. | | Besides trying to figure out if Frylock, Master Shake and Meatwad are mutants made by Dr.Weird or space creatures. They hint on the show that these "food items" are from South Jersey or Central Jersey. Based on the cityscape behind Carl's house it looks either like Camden or Jersey City. Does anybody have any good ideas to where ATHF live on the show? | |
| | Ghost Hunting in Baguio | | There are several suspected haunted house in Baguio and one of them is the ruins of the Diplomat Hotel. See attached photo. Located atop of Dominican Hill, one can also see Baguio's Cityscape. For Ghost Hunters, you should visit the place at night. It closes early though so you will need to ask permission from the Guards. For serious ghost hunters, you should go alone. | |

| Starting on Night Photography | | Hello. I am a night person. I love the cityscape at night and I like star gazing.I also love photography ... but I still have a lot to learn. I attended photography classes and got to know the basics, but it left out A LOT of lessons and tips for someone who wants to dive in night photography.What I have right now is an analog semi-pro SLR camera. It works well but then it lacks the handiness of digicams (not to mention films and developing is such a pain). Also, it doesn't give good results when I take pictures at night.I plan to buy a digicam but I think it will not be sufficient, so I am just wondering if you guys can suggest a digicam, lenses, and other stuff that I will be needing for this? Thanks!!!

| | What's your favorite landscape scene? | | I looovve sunsets in just about anyplace but specially the beach. I also love the cityscape at night. I love going to this place here in the Philippines where you can just overlook the city of Manila. All the city lights glittering plus a dark sky sprinkled with stars, it's just perfect and sooo romantic. I would love to see a meadow of yellow flowers against the blue sky and a forest of trees in autumn but I've only seen this landscape scenes in pictures. How about you?
