| | Pictionary - does anybody still play this? | | I have a set but I haven't played it in years. I remember some really funny times though. There was the time that my mom drew something and everybody swore it was a T-rex. Turns out she was drawing a dog.And the time my brother-in-law and his girlfriend were playing and one of them drew a little squiggle and right away the other one said 'bird'. | | Couples Pictionary - An exercise in communication? | | So tonight I was playing couples pictionary with my girlfriend and some other couples. It was pretty fun. I think you could really see how different couples could communicate. And how you'd know how your partner would understand something, while someone else likely would not.Anyone else find similar games to be good exercises in communication? Ironically I was always good at video games (like Tekkan) and she would love to challenge me in that.We've been married going on 9 years on January 29, 09'. We haven't played a boardgame in quite some time. She has been busy establishing her online business and I have been busy writing reviews, mylot, a few PTC's and a couple other Legit online business opportunities, that I've been benefiting from over the past several months.Did you and your spouse (or girlfriend/boyfriend) ever play boardgames when you first got involved, but now it seems as if that part of your relationship has subsided or even potentially died? With people so involved in technology do others still enjoy these and other games? I know some have computer versions but for me its just not the same. I love games.
